When you heard Lupe Fiasco say “80’s baby on fire like the safety off,” we knew that the implications of the message created a personification of all of whom were born in the 80’s. Well this one 80’s baby has stolen the ears of fans all over the globe. Vinny Venditto, born and raised in South Florida, is one of Florida’s most innovative Producers/ DJ’s. Producing elite beats has placed his distinctive sound at the top of the Billboard charts.

Producing projects such as Trina’s new single “OuterSpace” ft. Kid Cadet which premiered globally on VH1’s “Styled By June,” Co-produced Nicki Minaj’s “Roman Holiday,” whose album is currently debuted at #1, Mims and Don Omar’s “F*ck My Life,” Bobby Valentino, Shawna of DTP Records, AKON, Joshua Florez, Kristin Williams, and many more; he has left his mark in the industry. Vinny was first introduced to the art of music at the age of four, when enrolled into piano lessons. His mother, as his biggest supporter, noticed Vinny’s love for music and purchased him a mini studio to put in his closet. This was the beginning of Vinny’s attribution to the music industry.

Vinny took key interest to music at the age of 15 when he started a boy band with his brother and three friends called “Detour,” he was also in two other groups entitled “Voices” and “State Road Seven,” which he formed with J Randall a.k.a. J Rand. “When I was in these groups, I was forced to learn how to engineer and produce beats. It came natural.” Vinny is also fluent in playing the guitar and drums. After serving his time with his fellow group members, Vinny went on to writing music for different artist. At the age of 21, Vinny had his first child- “Things changed and life became more serious.” He later formed with J Randall a writing team called “Batman and Robin.” Vinny now is signed to Clean Face Management, with owner Bryon Tryce and his manager Donny “Dizzy” Flores.

Always keeping his eye on the prize, Vinny identifies his inspiration surrounding his production by listening to new music, as it gives him positive incentives to keep his mind going. Vinny is a high believer in striving for more and wanting to be better then the next. His biggest influence in the art of music is deejaying and productions. He elaborates on his role models as he describes them as the key influencers, David Guetta, Dr. Luke, Red One, Avicii, Afro Jack, and DJ Frank E.

Vinny enjoys listening to several genres of music such as, dance, pop, electro, soft rock, hip-hop, R&B, and country. He has an ear for music and does not limit himself to one specific genre, as this helps him when he is in the process of creating. When it comes to submitting a track to talent Vinny focuses on presentation- “Presentation is everything.” Along with knowing how to formulate hooks and put together collaborations for the right mix on a song, will create an astonishing production. He is also working on a new sound with DJ Unk. Vinny has deejayed in Vegas, Tampa, Bahamas, and South Florida. He looks forward to working overseas to expand his brand.
